Ultimate Currency Exchange. compliance officers work with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) representatives to ensure that all of our policies are in the strictest compliance. When you deal with us you can be absolutely certain, that you are dealing with an ethical financial entity. Ultimate Currency Exchange. has also instituted a comprehensive training program for the staff in order to ensure that all are fully aware of the guidelines and are able to implement the regulations.

Per law, we must ask for a governemnet issued photo ID such as birth certificate, driver's licence, passport, record of landing or permanent resident card for any transactions with a value of 3,000 Canadian dollars or more. For larger transactions ($10,000 or more), we may have to ask additional question. Please note that all Suspicious transaction would be reported to FINTRAC.
